Privacy Notice
This notice answers one question: what happens to the information you submit through this website. Everything below describes what the site actually does — if it is not written here, we do not do it.
What we collect
We only receive information when you submit the inquiry form yourself:
- the product description you write, and the email address we should reply to;
- anything optional you fill in: a reference product or link, your company or brand, target market, or estimated quantity;
- the path of the page you submitted from, and the page language (Chinese or English).
We do not ask for a phone number, technical parameters, budget, attachments or company documents. We do not store your full IP address and we do not collect device fingerprints. A reference link you type is stored as plain text only — we do not fetch it.
What we use it for
Two things: assessing your project, and replying to you by email. We do not use your information for advertising, and we do not sell it to third parties.
Where it is stored, and who sees it
Inquiries are stored in a database on our own server. So that we see them promptly, the inquiry is sent through our own notification service to our business mailbox and our internal alert channel — that is the only way our team reads inquiries. The website has no public inquiry list and no endpoint that lets a browser read inquiries.
Human check
The form uses Cloudflare Turnstile to tell real submissions from automated ones. It runs only when you submit. This site uses no analytics or advertising scripts.
Access, correction and deletion
Email sales@ideatodevice.com with the address you submitted from, and we will look up, correct or delete that record. Deletion is not automatic on a timer, so it happens when you ask.
Please do not submit
Do not put passwords, keys or sensitive technical documents in the form. A short description of the product you have in mind and an email address are all we need.
